Family member of In-Home Respite Client

Thank you for your assistance throughout for my Dad. You and your staff provided critical assistance at a very difficult time for my family. All of this while also dealing with the COVID crisis. I wanted to thank the Personal Support Workers for their compassion and care for my Dad and for my family. The PSW was present when my Dad passed and his heartfelt care and concern was so appreciated. He was a great comfort to my sister and my Mom who were also present for my Dad’s passing. You are all angels and I and my family wanted to thank you.

I am hoping you can extend a sincere thank you to the PSWs, who provided direct care to my mom, and the administrative staff. The gentle care, compassion and kindness shown to mom, by these wonderful PSWs, supported my mom’s wish to remain in her own home. Their help made it possible. I appreciate their nurturing approach and playing along with mom’s sense of humor. I am grateful to the administrative staff for their assistance and quick reply whenever I contacted them. Their calm manner and response was always reassuring. I am so thankful that your agency was able to provide consistent caregivers to mom for 2.5 years.

It’s a great comfort knowing that Mom and Dad are being supported by such a lovely PSW. Every time I see them they comment about how knowledgeable she is and how well she cares for them, especially helping with Mom’s exercises. They really look forward to her weekly visits.
