Community Care Durham’s (CCD) Friendly Visiting service provides support to adults aged 16 and older, who have needs related to aging, physical and/or mental health.
Clients are matched with one of CCD’s Friendly Visiting volunteers and receive much needed social interaction, so they can maintain their independence and quality of life while safely remaining in their home.
