The purpose of this RFP is to secure a qualified and experienced consultant on branding and marketing to assist us in rebranding our Community Mental Health and Wellness Program, currently named COPE (Creating Opportunities for Personal Excellence).

Community Care Durham (CCD) invites qualified bidders to submit proposals to develop a fresh identity, new name, and marketing strategy for CCD as detailed in the RFP that will effectively reach our target audience and engage our community.
