The Wellness Committee is supporting Community Care Durham staff and volunteers through the following initiatives:

Mindful Mondays: Staff are invited to join Rose Birt (Program Assistant – COPE Mental Health) every Monday at 3:30 p.m. for 15 minutes of Mindfulness.

Exercises with Lee: Join Lee Marrison (Coordinator, Exercise and Falls Prevention) every Thursday starting at 2 p.m. as he leads us through a quick exercise routine to help keep our bodies moving.

The Wellness Committee looks forward to continuing to introduce new Wellness Initiatives for CCD.

Please note:

Wellness sessions are 10-20 minutes in length. If you can not make it to the live event via Zoom, videos of each event will be posted here afterward for staff to view on their own schedule.
