On Friday, May 28, 2021 we held a Town Hall Meeting to go over changes currently taking place at Community Care Durham. We covered three critical and exciting topics:
- Our New Strategic Plan and its Four Priorities
- Bringing to life our concept of Community Health and Wellness Hubs
- Changes to the Management Structure and new support resources.
We are very excited for our future at Community Care Durham. We have had a difficult year, but we have shone all the way through. And we will continue to shine as a leading agency for Durham, helping people achieve their life goals while providing rewarding, joyful work for our staff and volunteers.
