An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Monday and Wednesday, repeating indefinitely

Yoga can be best described as an exercise in which you move your body into various positions to become more fit, flexible, improve posture and improve breathing.  This class will incorporate all muscle groups with a wide variety of poses and combinations to increase your fitness level.
