Yoga/Meditation in the Park

Yoga is a way for individuals to create self-awareness in order to assist our bodies on a journey to wellness. Yoga has the following benefits:

  • Help us relax and prepares our body and mind to have better quality sleep
  • Energize our mental and physical energy, boosting alertness and enthusiasm, while lessening negative feelings
  • Support stress management, mindfulness, and healthy mental well-being
  • Promote self-care by creating awareness of the mind-body connection and allowing time and space to experience those sensations

Please note that all public health guidelines will be followed for the duration of the group.
