Nature provides an environment which allows us to be inspired, reflect and heal. Studies reveal that being in nature has a powerful positive effect on the mind, body, and spirit. Outdoor activities also increase physical fitness, raises levels of vitamin D – which helps to boost our immune system – and can lessen the symptoms of anxiety and depression.
Join us for a peaceful walk in the park, where there are several locations throughout the walking path to have a seat and take a break if needed.
Please note that all public health guidelines will be followed for the duration of the group.
