Over the last year we have been required to manage our lives with constant change and disruption. Trying to manage as best we can in a world that has been completely turned upside down. Many individuals have had their mental health impacted, however, our personal resilience has also allowed us to pivot and learn to survive, in a world that is filled with uncertainty and ambiguity.
