Commit to Community Spring Campaign
May & June 2023

The Spring Mailout Campaign, also known as the Commit to Community Campaign, raised funds in May and June 2023. The campaign shed a light on food insecurity in Durham Region, and the importance of CCD services such as Meals on Wheels and Community Food Box.

Kilometres for CCD
September 30, 2023

Kilometres for CCD is an annual, peer-to-peer walk fundraiser. In 2023, the event raised awareness and funds to continue to allow CCD to provide vital services to clients throughout Durham Region, such as Meals on Wheels, Community Nursing, COPE Mental Health, Community Food Box and so much more.

November 2023 - January 2024

The Winter Mailout Campaign, also known as the Season of Giving Campaign, raised funds in November and December of 2023, and January 2024. The campaign highlighted the importance of connections in the community and the impact of CCD services have in combatting loneliness, and promoting overall wellness.

With your generosity, we’re able to implement impactful programs that are creating positive change and empowering individuals to thrive. Together, we’re making a lasting difference, and we couldn’t do it without you. Thank you for believing in our mission and for being a vital part of our journey towards a better tomorrow.
