What We Do

Community Care Durham provides a range of free and low cost services to more than 6,000 adults and their caregivers who have needs related to physical disability, aging and/or mental health. These services assist clients in remaining in their own homes and communities, and to function as independently as possible. The services include home support, COPE mental health and respite (caregiver relief) services.

Services vary by location and are subject to the availability of volunteers. Education, referral and information are also provided.
