COPE Mental Health offers a support system to adults with emotional and/or mental health problems. COPE volunteers and staff help people through individual and group support. There is no charge for COPE services.

Individual Support: Trained volunteers are matched with clients to work towards achieving personal goals.

Group Support: Trained staff and volunteers facilitate group activities including education, social recreation and discussion about depression.
